Miro is a useful communicative tool that designers can use to create boards for research, ideation, customer personas, brainstorms, customer journeys and user story maps. In my Design 100 course (DES100) we underwent a Miro training in order to know how to utilise miro for upcoming assessments as well as for personal use.
The miro training was focused on creating a persona board. A persona board is very useful for designers as it allows us to gather insight into the needs, goals, behavior and expectations of potential users in regards to our services and site.
